NOTE: Your Boot Camp Registration Fee does not include travel or lodging. BEI does not reserve a block of
rooms in the hosting hotels. We recommend reserving your room directly with the hotel as early as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
You must notify BEI directly if you need to cancel your registration from a BEI Boot Camp for Advisors or
other BEI event. You may contact BEI on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mountain time at 866-206-3009.
Due to event preparations and arrangements, refunds will not be given for cancellations received later than
10 calendar days before the event. Cancellations received within 10 calendar days of the event may be applied
to a future BEI Boot Camp for Advisors or BEI event.
BEI regrets that it cannot make exceptions to the reservation and cancellation policy for any reason. This
registration and cancellation policy applies to all event registrations.
